Important update re: JUSTICE FOR SHEENA
Great News!
BUT FIRST : A very big THANK YOU to all of you good people out there, and especially those of you from Arawa and Buka who have contacted me with messages of support, concern and in some cases providing valuable information to strengthen our case. Your continued support will be highly valued. Also a massive thank you to those who have contributed to our GoFundMe appeal. Dont worry, this is not asking you, for money: times are too hard for that.
Since my first post on JUSTICE FOR SHEENA early last month, the number of my Facebook Friends has increased by times10!
That’s a LOT OF SUPPORT and is so encouraging. Thank you again! 
The GREAT NEWS is that well-known, Port Moresby-based experienced and successful lawyer, DESMOND AIGILO, has taken on the case. Mr Aigilo is from the Cape Gloucester/Siassi region of West New Britain Province. So, watch this space!
By an amazing coincidence, when I worked as “didiman bilo piseries” in Kimbe, 1977-80, a good friend and colleague in DPI, Fisheries was our boat captain John Aigilo, also from Killenge, nr. Cape Gloucester, John … you still out there somewhere? Must be a relative surely?
The Aigilo family lived quite close to me in Kimbe in 1979-80. John’s daughter Martha, as a 16 yr old school student, used to walk over and help keep my house clean. I met up with John years later and learned that Martha was married and living with her husband in Bougainville. Martha will remember Sheena as a baby back then.
Small world or amazing coincidence? ..isn’t there a word for that … “serendipity”!
The family album was raided again tonight and I attach photos of Sheena at Boroko East International School and Hong Kong International School, and from a friend, in the light blue uniform, far right, in her (once) beloved Force.
Now good people, with the wisdom and experience of a first class lawyer behind us, supporting us, we have right as well as might on our side.
