Please check the attached copies of the ‘Notice of Discharge’ and the ‘Court Order’ that state that charges against Sheena will not be laid because of failure by the police to provide any evidence that she had committed any crime.
On 5th of June 2025, Judge Justice Toliken at the National Court of Justice at Arawa, issued the Court Order declaring that the State declines to lay a charge against the accused, Sheena Cook, of Bikora Village, Kieta, for the reason that “the evidence is considered insufficient to warrant prosecution“.
Sheena Cook is hereby “discharged forthwith”. (so SHEENA WAS INNOCENT ALL ALONG … 8 months in solitary confinement for being a whistleblower on another senior police officer, an alleged sexual predator).
Sheena’s bail and any sureties by current guarantors, if any, must be refunded.
What wonderful news!
It had to come sooner or later. It was inevitable that justice had to be seen to be done in Bougainville. Perhaps the instantaneous transmission of information to all her 1,400 plus supporters, in AROB, the rest of PNG and Overseas, via Facebook, by this web page, was helpful?
But the real hero of the day is #Justice Toliken, a good man who made fair and honest assessments and decisions. I am not a betting man, but I’d bet the good judge was pressured by the accusers not to discharge Sheena.
Thank you, #Justice Toliken, for your strength, wisdom and honesty in bringing justice to Sheena! ❤️🙏🏼.
May you continue to receive unlimited support from the good people of AROB to weed out the bad apples still in the AROB police force.
I have been informed that two of the officers responsible for Sheena’s illegal seizing at gunpoint, at night, in front of her 3 little nieces, by individuals in no uniform who failed to introduce themselves, etc etc (see the rest of this webpage) have now been kicked out of the police force (for other crimes) and charges are being laid against a third.
There is at least one senior police officer in AROB who has several accusations of alleged sexual misconduct made against him and who needs thorough investigation. These allegations include:
- rape of a prisoner’s wife after she refused to do a deal with him: sex in return for the release of her husband,
- molestation of the schoolgirl daughter of a prisoner who was bringing her dad food,
- regular intense sexual harassment of my daughter and
- sexual harassment of other female police officers.
This officer is Senior Inspector Spencer Aili, head of police operations in Buka. He has been described to me by one senior AROB official “as a well-known sex pervert”.
Aili is not even from any of the New Guinea Islands. Why is he allowed to operate in the AROB Police service given his reputation?
His wife works in the Police administration. I have been told this is the reason why complaints to the police against Aili keep getting “lost”.
Clearly an independent inquiry is necessary here.
Back to Sheena’s Case ….
The notice of discharge before Justice Toliken on the 5th day of June 2025, shown here, states that the accused is discharged forthwith from the charge of wilfully damaging property.
The charge referred to the burning down of Arawa Police Station!
Give us a break!! The charge would be laughable if it had not been so falsely used to cause so much pain, suffering and hardship, including loss to the Police Force of a strong brave, reliable, smart female officer who turned whistle blower against Inspector Aili, who is STILL Chief of Police Operations in #Buka.
Wake up, good people of #AROB, and do what NEEDS to be done!
Thank you, again, Justice Toliken. May you stay safe and continue the good fight for justice for many years to come. PNG needs more men as strong and brave as you.
